Description
the API documentation generated under …/share/rasdaman/doc/index.html → API should get an entry page which dispatches meaningfully. Also, items in the code relevant for structuring this documentation (eg, namespaces) should be refined in the code (currently, there is only 1 namespace, RasNITF).
