WCS conformance test doesn't work — at Initial Version

Description
In source:conformance/test.sh the script tries to download some data from localhost, which I don't have:
CTL_WCS2_URL=http://localhost/ogc/ctl/wcs2.zip
I suppose this wcs2.zip should be put some place that everyone can access.
