WCSClient_Add WCPS queries history to ProcessCoverage tab — at Initial Version

Description
This is a helpful feature to improve users' experience.
When one runs a WCPS query in WCS > ProcessCoverage tab, it should add this query to a drop-down box nearby the example queries. The number of stored queries will be 25 and the newer query will be the first one (descending order). The labels for the values inside the query history drop-down are the timestamp in ISO format when the query was executed.
