WSClient add rasdaman logo to the right handside — at Version 1

From Peter's change request for WSClient
- WCS client does not show rasdaman logo (should go top right)
The logo comes from http://rasdaman.org/chrome/site/trac_logo.png and should be stored offline in WSClient's assets folder.
There is another requirement to add a background in WSClient (example: it can be like the one from this web page http://kahlua.eecs.jacobs-university.de/~lsis/).
