Remove the translation from float in nilValue to integer intervals in WCST_Import. Then, change a test case with fixed integer for nilValue (e.g: -99999) for test wcst_import with floating-point null values internally (e.g: PMLs netCDF file).
Also one with mosaicing several files that shows that the null values in source files do not overwrite the mosaic (see #1411)
