The code handling tiling schemes is found in source:rasodmg, but it doesn't really have any use on the client side or client API (and more importantly perhaps, it should not), aside from some old deprecated tools. In the meantime support for it has been integrated into the query language, which is server side. It seems like source:tilemgr could perhaps be a more fitting place, how about moving it there?
