format would control the output format of a CRS definition, e.g. in a CRS URL:

...&format=gml

Default value is gml.

Rotating objects in rasdaman would be often useful. It can probably be inefficiently done with a clumsy marray construct, but the better and faster way would be to have a special function for this purpose. It may be possible to do it fast just by switching dimension order around (but more likely not).
