Petascope_insertdemo.sh switch to wcst_import

Description

In the rasdaman installer there is an option called "petascope_demo_data" which when enabled would add some demo data into petascope.
I initially thought to use the petascope_insertdemo.sh script, but it uses rasimport which in turn would mean I have to setup the rasimport utility as well in the installer. Options:

  1. As we don't support it anymore I think it should be replace with a wcst_import call instead. This would make things easier for the installer as well.
  1. The alternative is to install rasimport as well using the installer.

Please vote for one of the options :)

1, we should remove the rasimport use in petascope_insertdemo.sh (as well as in the systemtest #941).
We can reassign this task to Bang, who's already been doing some work on #941 so it's probably just some copy-paste.

Please set proper component in the tickets btw.

Ok, for the systemtests I have also provided data for 3D regular and irregular timeseries. Do you guys think we should import this as well as demo data? Might be useful for some users to see 3D cubes as well in petascope.
